content project
destination:
Hokkaido
About the project
Location: Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan
Photo and video content created across Hokkaido, Japan, combining city life and rural landscapes. The project includes photography from Sapporo and Otaru, as well as quieter regions such as Asahikawa and Furano, capturing winter streets, architecture, local food culture, and the everyday atmosphere shaped by season and geography.
Alongside destination photography, multiple Instagram videos were created focusing on travel tips and itineraries for exploring Hokkaido. The content was shared organically and achieved strong reach and engagement, demonstrating the effectiveness of pairing practical travel information with immersive, place-driven visuals.
Organic reach & engagement
The Hokkaido content showed strong organic performance across multiple video formats. An itinerary-focused reel reached over 100,000 views, generating a high number of saves and shares, indicating clear planning-driven engagement. In parallel, a long-form video of nearly one minute dedicated to Sapporo achieved over 68,000 views, demonstrating that audiences remained engaged even with longer, information-rich content. Together, these results highlight consistent interest in structured itineraries and practical travel guidance, paired with immersive visuals from both urban and rural locations.
